TITAN conducts asbestos assessments surveys to support the pre-demolition phase of government facilities to be demolished. These assessments are intended to identify asbestos-containing material (ACM) as required by the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Regulations pertaining to asbestos pre-renovation assessments include 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 61 (EPA NESHAP) and 29 CFR 1926.1101 (OSHA Asbestos in Construction).

MEC Probability Assessment Services
TITAN conducts Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) Probability Assessments and determine the extent of explosives residues presence.
TITAN conducts MEC Probability Assessments IAW EM 385-1-97, Change 1. Assessments are based on historical usage and physical/visual assessment of the interior and exterior of building/f
acility. Probability assessments are completed IAW EM 385-1-97 Change 1 Appendix Z MEC Probability Assessment.
TITAN conducts historical and visual assessments for MEC to support the pre-demolition phase of government facilities to be demolished. For the historical assessments, TITAN conducts interviews with installation personnel the first day of field work to obtain additional historic information of the site’s usage.
All activities involving work in areas potentially containing MEC and Material Potentially Presenting an Explosive Hazard (MPPEH) hazards were conducted in full compliance with United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), United States Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville (CEHNC), Department of the Army (DA), state and local requirements regarding personnel, equipment and procedures, and Department of Defense (DOD) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
All TITAN UXO team members meet or exceeded the minimum requirements in Department of Defense Explosives Safety Board (DDESB) Technical Paper (TP) 18 Minimum Qualifications for Personnel Conducting Munitions and Explosives of Concern-Related Activities 2016.

TITAN is the industry leader in Agricultural Disinfectant / Decontamination to support DoD shipment of Military unit equipment and vehicles to EUCOM Theater in accordance with Armed Forces Pest Management Board Technical Guide No. 31 Operational Washdown and Agricultural Inspection Preparation for Military Conveyances and Equipment.
Historically, TITAN has performed Agricultural Disinfect Services on over 15 rapid deployment contracts over the past year and a half, two contracts having volumes of 1,800 and 1,500 pieces of equipment and rolling stock.
